If you have lost your backup codes and cannot access your authenticator, contact our support team. We can help you regain access to your account.

When you sign in from a new device or location, hebitop may ask you to verify your identity for security. You will receive a verification code via email or SMS. Enter this code to complete the login process.

Protect your account: Never share your password or 2FA codes with anyone. hebitop staff will never ask for your credentials via email, chat, or phone.

Use a strong, unique password

Create a password with uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not use your name, date of birth, or other personal information. Use a password manager to keep track of complex passwords.

Enable two-factor authentication

Turn on 2FA in your account settings. Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) instead of SMS codes for stronger protection. Save your backup codes in a secure place.

Log out on shared devices

Always log out after using hebitop on a public or shared computer. Do not select "Remember me" on devices you do not own. Clear your browser cache and cookies regularly.
